The room was newly refurbished with tasteful decoration. the super clean bathroom featured modern fixtures, a plus. nearby, i discovered a pizzeria that served delicious food. That was really convenient. the window view was also nice to have.
i found that the room temperature was centrally controlled, and i was unable to adjust it to my preference, slightly inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay Near Stamford Bridge

The hotel offers very good common spaces. The staff was gentle and helpful. I found a lockbox in the room which was very useful. I also appreciated the efficient cleaning, good air conditioning, and the ability to open a window for ventilation.
I noticed the bar only sold wine by the bottle instead of by the glass. This was a bit inconvenient. I prefer to have just a glass of wine in the evening.

The location near the underground station was acceptable.
I find the hotel outdated, a situation that is rather irritating. During my visit, someone knocked and entered the room without waiting. I was in the shower, the door was open. This invasion of privacy is not something I will easily forget. I found their customer service lacking.
